Lol wut, it's CHOCOLATE for breakfast. Whole grain doesn't mean it doesn't pack a lot of calories or sugars or sodium. And yeah, orange juice is basically just as bad as a can of coke. I really doubt for 5 days you ate Reeses Puffs and you slimmed down, results don't show that fast. I'm also dieting, well creating a calorie deficit. I never realized how many unnecessary calories I was taking a day. It was around 2000-2200. Now I'm down to around 1400 max, plus burning around 400 at the gym every other day. I just started last week, so hopefully I see results in a couple months. I'm kind of worried though, because I don't feel hungry at all and I feel like I should be taking away even more calories when I feel like the 800 calories a day less should be more than enough. I'm pretty satisfied with what I eat usually. Don't want to take away from the fact that this is Lello's thread though, but yeah. I think he's inspired us.
