Are you just interested in stipping fat?

For me, calorie counting is the most offective way to lose fat. However, with a very low caloric intake you cannot sustain high levels of energy, so working out is difficult/impossible.

I stipped like 15kgs just by eating 3 small meals a day, equating to about 4000kjs (less than half the daily recoomended intake). It sucked a fat dick, I had no energy and I was irritable, but it was quick.

Yeah, my interest is stripping fat. I'm "skinny fat" and my stomach is basically very fat (along with having some extra fat under my chin which I would like to lose). Well at the moment with my calorie intake (1400) I feel completely fine, if not better than on my previous typical diet in which I over-ate (especially when I didn't even feel like eating more I'd just eat 'cause I was bored lol). Definitely not sluggish now. Of course when I do feel weak I'll have something light to eat, but idk guys, I feel okay right now.

If you're lean but just want to strip a bit of fat and improve your body shape you should just work out tbh. Your metabolism is obviously fine. You need to work on your fitness though, I bet. then you will feel heaps better.

@S, Well it's definitely not "a bit of fat" lmao, it's like I have a Homer Simpson thing going on. You know, aside from his stomach he looks the same size as everyone else, but his stomach is just huge. Also my ass is big and I want to lose some of that fat :coffee:

Kinda like the Before picture on this, maybe a bit larger.

Lello you are awesome. If you keep going at this rate you'll reach your target in 4 months. You can then have a couple months pre-season before you start the football season in August.

Milk is good. It's full of protein and your body needs some fat. I gained 8 kilos of muscle in 8 weeks by eating a big bowl of cereal in the morning, having about 700g of chicken in 2 meals and a low fat milkshake. I lifted 3 or 4 times a week and did a few 5km runs.

Thanks man, 4 months is not possible, the second half of the diet will take way longer than the first, but I'm patient. However I did not get your football reference


Man you said you were losing the weight so you can play football...did you not..?

As for the weight gain, I meant 6kg but I was 72kg when I started my placement and 8 weeks later i was 78.2kg....

Prior to that I had been stuck around 72, 73 for over a year.
