Yeah, it does. Tech is pretty involved with them. He does a full show at every gathering, and often thanks them for spotting him so much in his earlier years. He isn't a juggalo himself, but he's always referring to "the fam". He's saying N9ne is a product of the family, and they love it. Like it's a perpetual cycle of love/energy.
