Are you just interested in stipping fat?
For me, calorie counting is the most offective way to lose fat. However, with a very low caloric intake you cannot sustain high levels of energy, so working out is difficult/impossible.
I stipped like 15kgs just by eating 3 small meals a day, equating to about 4000kjs (less than half the daily recoomended intake). It sucked a fat dick, I had no energy and I was irritable, but it was quick.
