Jerry Seinfeld Rap Album

Postby SliK » Jan 22nd, '13, 10:14

Jerry Seinfeld is working on a rap album with Wale. Apparently it's actually happening, which I am still having trouble believing.

Thoughts?

Well, Wale is a big Seinfeld fan...

Comedians are usually pretty humble guys, and don't mind helping out people that appreciate their work...except Jerry Seinfeld. That man is kind of like a king (right or wrong) and has the mindset that he is above his audience to an extent. For Jerry, that works. Other comedians couldn't get away with that type of attitude.

I'm surprised though...The Album About Nothing. This is going to turn Emadyville and Menzo into Wale fans for sure, if they aren't already.

The way that article worded it though is a little strange. It's going to be Wale's album, and Jerry is doing something on it...not sure what, but here's a video of Jerry talking about it.

Fucking embedding, I've never done that shit right, here's the link.

Jerry has said that when he is performing he is the most important person in the room. He comes off as pretty arrogant and to be honest if not for Larry David he wouldn't have half the respect he has today because Seinfeld (the show) simply wouldn't have been as good.

There are a dozen comics I would rather watch before Jerry Seinfeld and I'm not excited for this at all.
