I watched The Exorcism Of Emily Rose yesterday, and hmm.. good movie, not scary when watching it, but after that you really dont want to have a clock next to your bed hahahaha... it creeped me out for a while before I felt asleep, but nothing too extreme.
Also, I'm considering removing PA2 from that list, it wasnt actually that scary...
Anyways, I do agree with EminemBase, Hostel serves its purpose right. Late last year (2012) I was traveling alone through eastern Europe and that fucking movie just doesnt get out of your head, you meet all this gorgeous women but you cant trust them because you keep thinking, "this ho is going to kidnap me and torture my ass" hahaha... so Hostel serves a good purpose.. But then tho' in that case I would consider TAKEN to be more scary.
Anyways, REC still stands as the scariest movie I've seen.
