Lol I'm not forcing myself to "get past" something I don't like about an artist. I'll listen to 100 other artists that don't piss me off. His voice just makes me think he's fake, and an idiot, since obviously he is putting it on and it sucks. Most people have a problem with it, at least at first.

I understand. I hate Kendrick's voice on m.a.a.d city and backseat freestyle and even on 1train, around the end and can't listen to these songs, I always skip them.

But I usually have no problem with weird voices such as Yela's or Danny Brown's.

I'm pretty sure every rapper we call "wack" knows how to rap "lyrically". But they just don't do it because they wouldn't appeal to people.

it's not even that so much as the fact that he would get genuinely mad about somebody saying something about someone else that he's never met. i just wonder what life is like when you're that kind of person
