So your average smoker is fine. Dealers are still in a vulnerable place, but even distribution is going to be done through the state itself, so the feds are going to be put in quite the position if they actually want to enforce federal laws when that part goes into effect.

I wasn't gonna smoke till 15th February because I have a doctors appointment that day, and they will probably take blood test and maybe a test of my urine. So obviously I was thinking I shouldn't smoke till that day.

Buuuuuuut, I just found that the doctors can't tell anyone about it (plus they won't specifically test for it). If they tell the police or something, they can get fired and get in jail.

I don't think the police could charge you with anything even if he did. There's no way to prove you ingested that chemical intentionally. You could have second hand smoked it or eaten a brownie that contained weed and you had no idea. If you are really worried about your doctor telling the police I think that's paranoia from the weed lol
