Well, I suppose if you agree to the terms, it doesn't really matter.

I'm just saying, if I could buy up a bunch of souls at wholesale price, I'm sure I could flip them to some Satanists or something.

A stack for your soul? I don't know man...unless you're planning on becoming a preacher or something, I'm not sure if that will be a fair price. Not an economical one, anyway.

Well, I'm sure you'd just have to write up a contract.

It may not be a physical product, but the contract could still be enough for someone to throw some money at you for it, and do some creepy shit to soul that you flipped.

I could be a soul broker.

My thought would be resale. I don't THINK I could damn your soul to hell, but I have no idea what would happen to the people I'd sell the soul to.
