Linkin Park makes WAY better and WAY more enjoyable music than Drake does..if you like Drake that's ok..it is not a problem but don't involve other artists when we are talking about Drake just to say something stupid.

He should win RAP grammys because without him there would be none of these new ass rappers BUT also because his album was amazing.
And giving him a grammy would mean Nas represents Rap and Hip Hop in 2012, which would've been dope because he has some of the best songs this year. And a fantastic album. But instead they chose Drake, who's nothing more than an average rapper with a good singing voice. That's not enough to win a "RAP" grammy to me.Lance5 wrote:An artist shouldnt' win just because of his reputation or because of what he did for the industry.
Well, an artist shouldn't win just because he's the most popular either.
Trimss wrote:@Lance5 Re-read it. I didn't say he should win it BECAUSE he did a lot for the genre, but you have to take that into consideration if you're having a hard time deciding who should win it.
Nas is a much better rapper than Drake, and his album deserves it more. But let's say they didn't know which one to pick.. That can be used as a criteria. Because Nas, unlike Drake, is not a begginer anymore. He's been there for almost 20 years now, and yet he still releases QUALITY albums such as Life Is Good.
As a rap album, Life Is Good was a lot better than Take Care.
bigray wrote:Well if ur talking about the quality of the album than Life Is Good should have one best "RAP" album.
bigray wrote:Well just saying Drake should beat NAS for best Rap album sounds dumb even if it is an opinion.
Who praised Take care? You and a few internet bloggers?
