How would you have changed Relapse?

Relapse is good, but Refill is fucking godly. I think most can agree on that. What songs on Relapse would you have replaced with Refill songs, and in what order would you have put it in?

I'd remove "Beautiful". Also, I'd have the album have a much more linear concept. Instead of the tracks forming around this one idea, I'd rather have them all connected to each other. I always felt like Relapse needed something like that.

Well, individual songs tell a story, but I'm talking about each track being connected. Almost like a movie.

It would have been better if he murdered Tonya from SS&D, and then news spread out that there was a serial killer on the loose. With beats that hypnotizing and cinematic, it's a shame Eminem didn't take advantage of them and create something truly beautiful.

The album is still great though.

Take Beautiful out, what? Beautiful was one of the best songs on the album in my opinion, and it gave us a break from all the "serial killer" songs on the album, it gave us Marshall from the heart, and without that song on the album, all it would've been is a serial killer album with no realness to it. However that is just my opinion.

Now, if I want to change anything off of Relapse, I would say take out We Made You and put in Elevator. I can tell in terms of sound, Elevator is just like We Made You, except less comedic, and I much would rather prefer Elevator than We Made You, but other than that, I think Relapse is a great album right now.

So Relapse is about him relapsing back in to Slim Shady, an alias he made up to use whenever he's bashing others and thinking evil thoughts.

Makes perfect sense.

That's the whole point of the album lol.

Otherwise it just seems like random horror songs with random pop-sounding songs at the end.

It all makes sense and fits.

I mean, I know but I just didn't look THAT much into it I guess. idk I just took it at face value. I'm also not a big fan of that particular album.

If that was the case he would have mentioned it on Shade45 when he gave us a breakdown of each song from the album. He just made a concept album about serial killing where he rhymed his ass off, pretty much.

I'd remove We Made You, Crack A Bottle and the skit at the end of Underground while adding Buffalo Bill and Music Box.
