It depends...
He knows that by not saying anything, the blogs will continue to speculate, and possibly assume that he is on the album. It would make sense for him to not deny it, and avoid the question if asked. Of course, he could be keeping tight lipped about it, because he was instructed not to in order to keep from upsetting the Shady camp.
