tupac is better at delivery and storytelling
but eminem's better at flow and lyricism

honestly, the majority of hype on tupac was after his death. he was hot during his lifetime, but nowhere near the status he has now. tupac has put out some mediocre stuff, but em had lower lows (as well as higher highs).

both tupac and em are in my top ten. nas is honestly my #1 of all time.

Pac is definately a good rapper, flow and everything, but by influencing Em it has caused Em to branch out and become the better artist. I'm pretty sure if Pac was still alive he would beat Em by a mile

honestly though, i think there are so many different rappers out there, and so many different aspects on what makes a rapper great, that its impossible to have one rapper thats definitively better than the rest. i like nas the most, but even he isn't set in stone.

No he isn't. Has Pac ever managed to make something as bone chilling as "Kim", psychotic as "'97 Bonnie & Clyde" or as cinematic as "Stan" ?

Em dwarfs Pac in every category.
