During 2009-2011, Eminem didn't have much time to make his albums. Recovery? I'm pretty sure he had to make that in order to make up for the fact Relapse was poorly recieved. He only had one year to record it, and it was released only a year after Relapse. I bet if he wouldn't of rushed it, it could've been much better. Bad Meets Evil was released one year later, and while Em's voice sounded better, it still had a few duds.
This album? It's been in the works since 2011, and it's 2013 now, meaning this album has been in the works for 2 years. This is the first time since Encore that he's had so much time to work on it (though Encore was going to be better, so I don't hold it against him that it was bad). If it doesn't leak too early, then Eminem is gonna be better than ever. His verses? While the lyrics may have been lacking, the flow, and the voice of his, was fantastic.
IMO, the album is bound to be great.
