He always has one eye more close to another if you ask me. Apart the eye twitch.

Would be terrible in any other man , but hey it's Eminem...we can love it.

Blonde hair? NO. And it won't happen.

He is 40. He should have some greys hairs already. Maybe he dyes his hair brown anyway. I definitely prefer him with brown hair.

Em even talked about that to some effect before - how artists lose their momentum by trying to re-create rather than get better, by talking about what they've done etc... which is what 50 Cent does when you look at it, so he's spot-on. As all 50 does is harp-back and try to re-create...

A great artist should always be moving forward, for better or for worse - it's what keeps their excitement and innovation alive, and if he tries to re-create his old self now... that's just a cop-out, it's easier than coming up with something new but it's a failure.

He created REALLY new rap with Relapse, even though he says it was 'going back to those days', that's very vague just in the sense - he was trying to be provocative again, but the rap style and how it sounded was 150% new and unlike anything I've ever heard in rap period... then with Recovery, he totally flipped the page again, comparing "Stay Wide Awake" to "Not Afraid" is like chalk and cheese, but with things like "Space Bound" - he re-imagined what he did, elevated himself to this kind of... 'adult rap' feel, where it feels powerful and rich and overpowering, and harsh...

So he's continuously moving forward, and I hope he continues.

Have to admit you make a fair point. :y:

Lmao.

As I said before though - I don't think it's a twitch, I think he's noticed he has one eye slightly bigger than the other and is self-conscious about it, so in photos he tries to even it out, like, he's naturally just squinting to make it smaller... I know because I've done it myself. Most of us have one eye bigger than the other, we're rarely symmetrical, and he's just obsessive so notices everything.

Yeah man, if you go looking for asymmetry you'll find it.

I agree with everything you said, all my favorite artists have evolved drastically some fans will hate but I always admire them. I don't want him to dye his hair blond cos it would make me sad inside. It would feel like he gave in to populer demand AGAIN like with recovery

Having some grey hair is absolutely normal for someone with 40 year old. Not everybody have them , but many people.

I'm saying some greys , not all the hair grey. Colin Farrell is younger than Eminem, look at his roots:

he should rather ditch the shorts, the leather jacket and the cap. He looks stupid with them plus when he's wearing the shorts he looks like he pissed himself on stage.
And his current looks always remind me of relapse and recovery. Add there the fact that he's completely different guy now than he was back when he was blonde and you got a guy whom i dont even feel is eminem anymore tbh.
He just changed so much so rapidly.

This confuses me.. if people don't want him to wear hats, shorts and jackets anymore, what the fuck is he supposed to wear? He dresses like a normal guy now that he wears clothes that actually fit him.

Because he's always using the same clothes and who the hell wears shorts and a jacket. And the hat looks stupid, he could have no hat at all.
He doesnt necessarily need to wear XX^XL stuff but something that at least to some extent makes him look like a dude who can spit bars. Not that it really matters but at least he wouldnt look like a nerd.

I meant them as individual articles of clothing.
Depends on your fashion sense. I personally think he looks the best he ever has. His clothes fit him and he dresses casual. Why dress like the typical rapper? He used to do that and he looked like a damn fool. Imagine him doing that now as a 40 year old white rapper :facepalm

Eminem's best looked since his comeback was in My Life (Slaughterhouse's) video. Not with the thing around his head, but when he was shooting the disc's or whatever with the red plaid shirt. He really looked 25 there.
