Best video game villains?

G Man from Half Life series would be my top choice, but at this point I'm not sure whether he is a hero or a villain because of his ambiguous nature.

So, I'll go with Illusive Man from Mass Effect 2 and 3.

Honorable mentions: Andrew Ryan, Saren, GladOS, Giygas, Reapers, Combine, and Ganondorf.

Illusive Man is a great one. So is Andrew Ryan.

Revolver Ocelot is probably one of my favorites though.
