It sounds like it could be him with a fake accent, but the further you go into the song, the less likely it seems.

I think, that is a Eminem. I'm doubting that Kuniva admits to the fact that Eminem recorded it by reason of security or something like that. This is Eminem's voice, just Eminem can using an accent like in this song.
