Yeah, but they are bastards like that. I remember back in the day when I was a teen, I wanted to grow pot. So I read up on everything online, and one of the biggest tips was to worry about the electric company doing this. So I guess it's common knowledge for growers

That's why you own some pet lizards. The UVB and Heat bulbs running 14 hours a day create a reasonable excuse.
