I think you're putting the ideas behind people who get considered for vet status have with moderating. Moderating isn't overly fun, it isn't something you give to people just because they make insightful posts about Eminem. That's what Vet status is for, and I wouldn't be in the running for vet status.

Why are you bringing up VET status? This has nothing to do with being a VET. It has to do with why some of the most biased and shittiest members are part of the Staff. Be part of the group that controls how this forum operates.

SajN is cool. I don't mind him, he's one of the few Staff members I like. He's not biased towards certain members and he doesn't insult you to death if you have a different opinion than him.

Just because you still actively moderate a forum doesn't qualify you for the Moderator position here. There are different rules and different people here. You're part of the Staff, which automatically makes you part of the group of people that decide how this forum is going to turn out. Do you think I get to nominate myself as a VET? No, that buttfuck Geno does and he can easily convince SajN to never make me a VET if he wanted to.

I know, and this is what I absolutely and utterly hate. It's obvious that you would elect someone to help run the forum when they're your buddy, but that doesn't necessarily mean that person is the right one for the job. You chose Geno to be a new admin, but what exactly has he done so far? Absolutely nothing except yell at people who don't share the same opinion as him.

It irks me. You have some bright, active members here but they're constantly overshadowed by the dweebs and "funny" members.

That's because it's an Eminem forum. If it were like Studioleaks then sure, we would have as many sections as we want.

It doesn't suck, every fan forum is run like this. Having too many sections is stupid.

KanyeToThe is one of the biggest Kanye West fan-forums because of its many sections. It doesn't focus entirely on Kanye, it allows people who like Kanye to come and explore the site and go into these other artists' sections and listen to their music and become new fans.

Every time I went on the site, there'd be a new thread asking if everyone there was a Kanye fan. Most admitted they weren't, and only joined for the other artist sections (Lupe, Drake, Odd Future).

Basically, this website is holding a huge sign saying "EMINEM FANS ONLY", which is clearly the reason few members are here.

I brought up VET because you're talking about moderators like they should be selected on the same basis that VETs are selected on.

Give me one example of where I've been bias while I've been a moderator, because I'll gladly take the constructive criticism to improve; however, sitting here and listening to you whine about everything that happens on TR gets old fast.

It does help qualify me though, as far as knowing the software and control panels go. Let's face it, the rules for the forum really aren't that hard to have on hand and learn. As far as I am concerned, I was chosen to help while Menzo is less active because they didn't have to teach me how to use any of the controls.

If it's that much of an issue to you, you're entitled to your opinion, but I don't agree with what you're saying.
