I need silence and darkness, sometimes darkness isn't neccessary. I can't sleep on my back and I must be really exhausted to fall asleep while sitting like in a car or a plane.

I have to be really tired to fall asleep in a car or plane, I can sleep with the tv on sometimes it really depends. I'm more of a side sleeper. I feel uncomfortable on my back

I do have a tv in the room. But I don't sleep with the tv on....

I need totally darkness, silence and a nice bed. If I have all that I sleep like a baby. :sleeping:

TV must be on,i can sleep without a TV but i like to leave it on like very very low volume,if people are talking in a room next to mine,helps me sleep as well,mom turns the TV off if she sleeps after i do,so yeah! TV! and noise

i can only sleep with silence but a little daylight doesnt hurt too much my back is horrible at my age though for some reason

and maybe a semi quiet tv fans on high always help too

I always watch TV before sleeping but I think I have never fell asleep with TV on. When I feel my eyes are closing I just turn off the TV and go to sleep.

Also I never sleep at day since 2 years old or something. Even when I'm sick I rarely sleep at day.
