Thanks for the info genius... the internet was around even way before that. I said before it kicked in which suppose to mean before all those free videos came around & before the point artists already had all those ways to easily broadcast themselves without using a DJ. On top of it Eminem was not from the ones who needed to use them DJ's to broadcast himself... as I said he graced their mixtapes.
