This is just the tracklist... it is not credited as one in it.
It is a skit technically though... apart on the mixtape itself, the song came without it at the time. The song starts after the skit ends... this link is taken off of the mixtape & that's why they go together but you could find hundreds of versions in which the song starts when the beats starts & the skit is not there.
