Awesome. What a legend.
He has scored some of the most inspiring goals in his career, but that one against Sampdoria was just magnificent. I miss the old school Italy with Totti, Del Piero, Maldini, Nesta, Vieri etc. Even though they never won anything, it was just such a golden age for Italian superstars.

My brother & I follow him from the very first game... that was 20 years ago & Giannini was the prince of Rome at the time. He's scored nearly 300 goals & probably made that many assists & most of his career he's been a midfielder. He's truly the greatest genius I've had the pleasure to watch.

I miss that generation of players too... I'm glad Totti still plays & I hope he's gonna be around at least 2 more years from now. We've been more than lucky to have such great player for 20 years esp. since Real, Juve, Inter & Milan did anything to get him to play for them.

If Roma won that final & Totti scored that would be more than amazing... he is a semi God in Rome already but if he puts the TIM cup logo on Roma's shirts forever that would be just something else.
