I live in a rental property so I smoke inside only so nobody sees (on the lease we have said we are non-smokers so I don't want a neighbor confirming the contrary). But I smoke at the beach too, nobody bothers you. I mean, a cop wouldn't even arrest you here, you'd just get a "caution". It's only really a problem if you're driving, but I smoke and drive too lol

Well I see people smoke outside their homes all the time, people call the police but they don't give a shit. You have to wait till somebody dies in order for a squad car to patrol 1-2 weeks then go back to not giving a shit.

When I go play football at the park my teammates smoke in the public restrooms only because the park is right next to the sheriffs office and they're close enough to regulate. Also they hot box they're cars and shit.

In my place, i smoke in my room, even though the landlor made it clear it's a no-smoke residence but fuck him. Used to be sick as the guy next to me was the only one of the tenenats in the house not smoking and anytime people used to move in or out, we usally had smokers for housemate's. Tbh i'd smoke anywhere, just depends if i'm comfortable doing it there of it it's too bait in a area where people wont leave me in peace or try get police involved.
