Yeah, but Barca already made a deal with Santos last year. They made a contract and such. According to Sonda (owner 40% rights Neymar) "A lot should happen for Neymar not to join Barcelona. There's a contract, and a penalty clause."

I don't really know how he is, and most Barca fans are split. Half of them want him, half of them don't. But I've heard so much about him, that if he comes to Barca and becomes a flop, I'll become mad and delete this forum.
