I found a CDQ version of the Heart of Dixie, and I've been listening to it for the past couple days, and i have to say... not bad.. I guess it was the shitty quality that fucked the tape up big time for me.

I now think the worst is definitely Ball of Flamesor PIABOB... he sounded so amateurish on those tapes despite having an amazing debut album like Creekwater.

All the songs are in 320kbps, and when played against the crappy quality version you can really tell the difference.
