A slip of the tongue with Ed Sheeran's name and a little thrown off by incorrect information I found on the net (It happens to the best of us). But to be fair, most of what you are talking about is from our OFF AIR conversation. The interview was confirmed last minute, and I would have liked to come into it a little less rushed - you do deserve that respect. There were lines of questioning in retrospect I think would have had better results and stuff I wish I had followed up on - but hence is the nature of live radio. It is also quite amusing you pull other people up for jumbling over some words, when you have issues with spelling yourself. we do this show as volunteers to support what we think is good music, FBi allows us to broadcast artists like yourself across Sydney from 6pm - something which doesn't happen at most stations here or overseas. We were the first show to play Bliss N Eso, the artists touring you, and during our time we have had the pleasure of talking to people we consider legends in music - who have been really forthcoming, charismatic subjects - who can respond to a "how is life?" when they walk into the station. Listening back it was a little dull, but not the total train wreck you or I thought it was afterwards - and not nearly as disrespectful as the interviews in the states where the guy calls you 'yelaboy' and doesn't even pretend to know anything about you. Though that is not a benchmark one should set themselves. Anyways - thank you for the time spent coming to the station, sorry it was not all we had hoped it to be - Maybe we can make it up to you next time your in town... or not. Oh and thanks for the drop - I think we got one we could use.
Fucking Australians, man! This is why I'm always ragging on you "people".
