The video is available to watch in its entirety and you can see that all Kanye does is try to grab the camera from him... he doesn't hit him, there is no assault or 'beat down' or injury, there's nothing, Kanye just tried to grab his camera, you can see it plainly...

And the guy gets paramedics involved and pretends he's hurt badly? What a pussy.
