Why did you choose to learn english?

wEn i was a lil girl my mom spEakEd English...and in my country's schools tEachEs English... wE must to study it...but it's too basic...likE: opEn thE door and closE thE window...no morE
i dEcidE to lEarn it bEttEr cus i likE a lot...
in fact now i'm lEarning it....and i thougth it was EasiEr......by htE way i likE it a lot, n i likE thE portuguEssE too...
