Well he isn't a great lyricist or whatever but he's a rapper & can't be considered anything else but a Hip-hop artist. Him as a part of Playaz Circle wasn't even bad actually... I mean he's not that bad right now either.

I agree... I'm not a big fan of him but I could listen & even enjoy some of his music at times.

This is the reason above all else. That, and the beats he hops on are usually a lot better than the typical trap beats you hear everywhere. And since most kids just like the beat and hook...
