The more I listen to it, the less messy it sounds.

Initially it sounded like a crazy amount of noise but obviously without knowing what's coming, it's gonna be like that more, with something like this anyway...

But now the production sounds pretty sparse / clear to me now, and given that I know exactly what Em's saying and when, it all sounds a lot louder and clearer, and melodic.

Still not a fan of that 2nd verse though... don't care if he's taking the piss... obviously he is, he was taking the piss with "Big Weenie" too, not like he thought that was genuinely clever... that 2nd verse is comparable because he's just babbling / excuse not to rhyme and rap with a lot of craft.

If it was a little album track or something... okay, but, this is the lead single to >>MMLP 2<<... I would have thought he'd have more ambition / ferocity than that. Just seems lazy.

But other than that... catchy as fuck, decent music - and the biggest thing for me is that this production won't wear thin, because it's real music. "Not Afraid" dated/dates in two seconds due to those TERRIBLE drums / toy beat. But now he has real musical backing again, I think the shit will hold up a lot better. Can't wait to hear what he's come up with for the dark shit though.

I have to agree tbh. I wasn't too fond of the track on the first few spins, but it's growing on me now.

The rhyming on this is nice at parts, but nothing I would expect with an MMLP album, tbh. *sigh* I genuinely hope it is better on the album. (Survival's rhyming was great, so there's hope).

Its a grower. Its really nice to hear an Em track in which the production actually enhances the enjoyment of the song. The production on here overshadows the lyrics which I find is a novel direction for Em. Looking forward to the meatier tracks though.
I intentionally didnt log in here or twitter because I wanted to form my own opinion and give the song a chance to sink in, and Im glad I did. Love the song, and Im exicted at the direction MMLP II seems to be heading.
To quote something I find relevant "The continual churn of the internet,

wallow in the kinds of media that it

To me Bezerk is one of those things.
Someone needs to explain the birdman line though, cause I still don't get it.
