Don't expect Eminem to be the goofy character he was back in his prime days, the thing is, back then he did not act like this cause it was his "Slim Shady" persona, he acted like that cause he was either high all the time or it was just the way he acted, but after his hiatus/near death experience/comeback, his whole personality is different, he's matured, so now if he wants to act like his old self it will be forced and unnatural, sure he can do it in songs, but do you think he will act like that in real life too? I highly doubt it

I don't care if he crack jokes in interviews nowadays or he sits still without moving his muscle, as long as what he says is actually worth listening

Yeah, I mean it's just natural that people grow and change, and Em is still fairly urban (I don't know why I chose this word) for his age. And also, we humans have different personalities, it's not just one that's "us". Like, you act differently around your Mom, around your girl, around Slim Fiasco etc. And yeah, some personality is better than the other, but even our best selves can shine through in different ways. So even if Em doesn't goof around, that doesn't mean that he's lost that. He just happens to act as he feels at the given moment, and if the interview "catches" him in a more serious mood, then well, that's what we'll get.
