Depens on how you define it I guess. When MMLP dropped EVERYONE in my class listen to it. And I remember everyday when I got home from school I started listening straight away and checking MTV to see if they were having some "Eminem special" that day.....And I even dyed my hair blonde, just like him. :zipped:

But now with the internet it's a lot easier to find info and read about rumors and stuff. So I spend a lot more of my time doing that now than when MMLP dropped.

Haha I would say when I signed up to this forum was when I was at my most obsessed. Having said that since joining I check the forums pretty much every day but don't necessarily listen to Em every day so it's hard to say....

Also when TES/Encore came out I was a really big fan, but never quite dye my hair blonde fan though I had a shady gangsta looking shirt I wore a lot.

You guys are going to think this is weird but I became a stan when Recovery dropped. Before, I was into mainstream hip hop but Recovery was awesome to me. Once I got listened to the rest of Em's albums I realized the shit music I had been listening to.
Tbh I thank Em for Recovery cuz it's the only reason I'm here.

I started listening to Em in the end of 2002 and reached my peak as a Stan probably in 2005 when Curtain Calls came out, mainly because that was the year I finally collected all of his albums, buying Devils Night and SSLP.

I am possibly the worst Stan ever.....I have never actually purchased one of Em's albums. When I was young I got them burned from a friend as my parents would never have bought them. When Relapse came out I wasn't really following Em much and Recovery a friend burned for me too so never bought a single one....I did however own the 'Lose Yourself' single which had an instrumental on it (yeah boi).

However, I plan to one day buy all of them though. Hope they put together a set or something.

I was 16 and in junior year of high school when SSLP dropped. I heard my name is one night on MTV REALLY late, and came in next day telling people about this awesome white rapper and how funny and good he was. I got laughed at while people said things like "you mean like vanilla ice?" etc. Slowly over the next week or so, people started sayin dude i heard that shit..its fire. When SSLP dropped, I became hooked instantly. Not a stan anymore. Kind of ended around encore for me, but still a huge fan.

I LISTENED NOT AFRAID ON SPOTIFY WHEN PLAYING PLANTS VS ZOMBIES AND LOOKED FOR MORE OF HIS MUSIC AND THEN i didnt like him cos i didnt like rap but then i liked him and didnt and we were on an on-off relationship with him like kim but then found THE WAY I AM in YOUTUBE and i had to listen to it like 6 TIMES that SAME day cos it was so good, so that was kinda the MOMENT I REALLY started to listen eminem and from there i ditched all the SHITTY MUSIC I HAD BEEN listening previosly and started listening rap exclusively.

TYMM for INTRODUCING me TO HIP HOP and thank spotify and recovery otherwise i would still be listening to fucking stewie wonder goddamit.

AND YES I WRITE SOME OF IT ON CAPS so everyone can see HOW INTERESTING MY STORY IS

E: also i forgot to mention that currently i hate recovery fans although i heard recovery first so im just a little hypocrite BUT HEY i want the old em BACK (sslp, mmlp, tes)
I used to listen to recovery 10 times a day cos it was the only album i had managed to have on my cell phone until i loaned the rest from LIBRARY
