On Ludacris's newest song "Tell it like it is" he has a verse that goes

"I'm down for my artists try my best to stay true to them,
Cuz outside my label competition is irrelivant,
unless I'm still in competition with my president,
And believe that I'm supportin the HOVA,
Cuz the industry is SHADY it needs to be taken over."

What the fuck is up with that? Is Luda startin something he can'y finish or was this just a bad pun that we've taken wrong?

Its not about him just sayin Shady.. Its the context he names it in.. He starts with talkin about Chingy then goes to Jay Z.. Then says "The Industry is shady it needs to be taken over"... How can that NOT be a dirtect hit?

My point is people beef just because they where cool 3 days ago doesnt mean someone didn't piss someone else off.

Once again your missin the point. Listen to the song...

The whole song is a general "Shit on People" song. The way he phrases it, it sounds like he's teamin with Jay-z to go at Shady/Aftermath. Just download and listen to it before you judge it.

Luda is qoutin' Jay-Z its not a diss cuz Jigga wasn't dissin' Em in the original. I don't remember what song it was it might have been H.O.V.A.

i've listened to it a hundred times... it didn't even phase me. I REALLY DOUBT IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH A DISS TOWARDS EM.
