Hey guys, be nice - not all goths are losers, just as not all rappers are gun-crazy, wife-beating drugaddicts. I'm not a huge fan of the gothic style myself, but the world would be a poorer place without them - I love human diversity (and I'm a huge fan of Marilyn Manson and Evanescence although I love rap more 8) )

^ I'd agree with you, just because we don't understand another 'culture' doesn't mean mean we should be against it. They're normal people and most are cool, but any goth who really believe the worlds hate them and buy into the whole suicidal state of mind need to be slapped back to reality.

^ i don't like goths - it irritates me, that they think rap is big shit, and only their music is ok.. i usually don't care about what music ppl listen to, but i hate metal. i don't know why, for me it isn't music - i'd rather start to listen to country than listen to it.. :roll:

i wouldn't say i hate them... but sometimes i agree with TRshady's comment... they need to be slapped back into reality... this whole my soul is tortured for all of eternity and i'm hated by the world stuff kind of irritates me... and the heavy metal gets on my nerves too, because it only edges them on more... seeing as that stuff is just pure screaming "KILL KILL KILL KILL SLASH WRISTS KILL KILL!".. u get the idea :roll:

I've met many goths and they're all the same. They hate rap and love killing themselves. I'm not sure if there are any normal goths in the world but I haven't met one. The ones that I have met, make a bad name for normal goths if there are any.

Hmmm, "normal" goths, that's an interesting term :wink:

I've met many goths as well, and just like all us rap fans aren't alike, neither are they(maybe they are "more" or "less" goth??) Maybe many of them hate rap, but so do many other people - that's their personal opinion, which they're entitled to, just as I'm entitled to loathe death metal and Britney Spears. And they are not all suicide candidates either - why not try to look past the stereotypes and view each other as human beings with a right to choose our own clothing and lifestyle? "Multiculturalism" enriches us all.

There is a hip hop fan and a rock fan

Goths are the dumb side of rock
and the oversized Bling-wering-metal-teeth-fur coat wearing dumbasses are the Dumb side of rap

but if u compare the two extremes

Goths = losers that want to be noticed in any way

Wankstaz = losers who want to be cool

A rapper always apreciates music and is more interesting in person than any rocker and i live in a city were Rock is predominant

i try to be tolerant - i don't say "hey, ya'll have to listen to rap" or smth. it's just irritating for me, when i see ppl, dressed black, with long (and dirty btw) hair, looking rather unfriendly with "moonspell" (or anything else) shirt, obsessed with death (most of them).. i didn't hear of anyone listening to rap and cutting his wrists for example.
this whole subculture makes me sick, i don't know why, that's just the way i am

and music.. there's no rhytm (or i can't hear it), no single word that i could understand, just screaming in most cases.. :roll:
