Powerfull Movies?

Postby TRshady » Sep 17th, '05, 12:26

Which films you have seen would you say was powerfull and emotionally effected you?
( I'm not talking crying and nervous breakdowns, just those that had an impact on you ).

The most recent for me I'd say 'Man On Fire' starring Denzel Washington.
Amazing soundtrack, top acting and real powerfull direction ..

What about you?

The latest "high-impact movie" I saw was Der Untergang about Hitler's last days - that one really makes you think about a lot of stuff.
Shawshank Redemption and Sleepers are really emotionally powerful as well - and I know you said you weren't talking about crying and stuff, but The Green Mile really has an effect on me as well, I end up crying every time I see it and become even more adverse to the death penalty.
