I highly disagree with this
Like Toy Soldiers, Yellow Brick Road, Mosh, Spend Some Time, Encore and
Mockingbird all are good enough to compete with some of the songs anyone of his albums, plus some of them can compete with some of the better songs on previous albums. Personal opinion here on this but I love all the previously mentioned songs xD Recovery has
Cold Wind Blows, Going Through Changes, Almost Famous and maybe
On Fire that I'd say can compete with some of the songs on his other albums. However I do agree the lows are much worse that I will give you.

To me it sounds a little like Kill You just with his more TES/Encore style beats and rapping, obviously it doesn't compete with Kill You though but it's still really good.
