If the Rihanna track is the exact opposite of what we are expecting (another LTWYL poppy cashing in song) then I think it's a GOOD thing he's done it. Almost to get people feeling how we are now "I don't want you to be-lieve, this is something that I must use to succeed". The more people think it's gonna be shit the more they'll like it when he proves them wrong. (I need to feel this way otherwise I may be sad too)

I'm a stan though, I still love Survival and Berzerk even know its not what I want. If he gave me another Recovery I'd probably love it but just wish it was something else. I still wish that Recovery was his comeback from Encore so people could hate on him and appreciate Relapse that much more if it was released after (especially because a relapse comes after recovery).

Anyway....keep your heads up!

Is there even one song on MMLP that is worse than Survival? Only 13 more songs left, so far we're off to a bad start for an album that's supposed to be an MMLP

About people saying that the song with Rihanna's not gonna be poppy because it's named "The Monster". Lady gaga has an album called that and that is pop all the way so why couldn't rihanna and em (who only made shitty pop songs previously together) make a pop song called monster?

I don't get it at all. Why use pop stars on an album called MMLP2 when the first one was all about dissing pop stars?!?!

I checked out that Nate Ruess guy and he's also a sad pop star that wouldn't fit on MMLP, so why should he fit on the sequal?

Like someone said previously in this thread: my beef is with the name. If he had called it Recovery 2 or something else I wouldn't care that much. i would have know what to expect. But now when he just pisses in my face by using that title with washed up songs like Survival and Rihanna features I can't do a thing else but feel sad and angry with his decision as a fan of his for 14 years.
