Although I still hope Em will bring THE REAL HIP-HOP back and if he won't then I'm so glad I was alive when Em and Hip-hop was prime!

Thanks to Em that I could listen to SSLP, MMLP, TES!

Maybe He is inspired by The Way I am delivery, but fails because He simply can't match the hunger, the passion and the anger without sounding forced.
Maybe you can't be as real as you were 13 years ago when you were the biggest Pop Star in the world, because now you have the respect, the money, the rep that fueled you to make classics in the first place.
Some pills washed you up a little bit, but you still have the talent, the rap-technique brilliance, but It just isn't your time anymore ( 'Till you Colapse, Slim, Drug Ballad ) .
Maybe because you live in a time where kids are border line retarded caused by Facebook profiles at ages of 6.
And you grew up in the 70's / 80's . You can yell fuck an acronym but unfortunately YOLO and SWAG is everywhere.
Maybe you have a lot of assholes for fans, that can rarely recognise growth as a person because they are blinded by the standards of your Master Piece Triology. Everything that doesn't sound like it was made 13 years ago automatically sucks.
Maybe because you ran out of things to say you are looking for a gimmick just to make another rap album, hip hop is everything for you, ( so he chose the MMLP ) but come on, Rihanna, a dude from a boyband ( Marshall Mathers song, remember ). You should make a sequel to TES and make a song with One Direction leadsinger, make a song for World of Warcraft, shoot a video and put it on the album.
You are to mature to beef, to be a rebel and at the same time sell big, then why making a sequel to your second best album in this day and age where you were doing just that.

But don't write shit like Trust Shady when you are just looking for an excuse to bitch, i believe this album is going to live up to the MMLP hype. Berzerk really grew on me, Survival was forced to be anthemic and over-energetic, Eminem has got the right attitude ( you'll see FUCK EVERYBODY and Flipping off everybody in interviews ) 85 % of song names are awesome and really promising...

Eminem talked about doing another verse of Stan, where Stan actually survives and comes back to Ems house to kill him. Like a confrontation, and then Slim blows his brains out. It might be corny, it might be a classic, it might be on the album under another name ..

This is my first post here so, hello everybody

Wait, what? :confusion:

WHERE THE FUCK IS YELAWOLF?

and maybe Survival, but I'm fine as long as it's different from the rest of the album

Either way it's ruined.

Because if the rest of the album is like "Survival"... then it's literally Recovery 2 and shit...

If it's nothing like Survival... Survival will sound absurdly out of place and break the flow. Sounds like he kept it even... I remember Bizzy or someone saying he was gonna keep a few 'for the next one'... and it's Liz on the hook... similar production, and themes... sigh.

I'M NOT A RAPPER, I'M AN ADAPTOR, I CAN ADJUST!!!

Survival leading into Legacy :flutter:

Can't be doing with this negativity. There's bound to be songs we can enjoy on this album. We might not have too many more from Em so I'm staying positive.

EmBase is referring to the flow of the album. Even if the rest of the album sounds nothing like Survivial, it will feel so out of place, similar to Lighters on H:TS.

I don't feel the album is going to be ruined by having a track stick out, though.

First time poster, long time lurker here.

I can't believe how whiny Eminem fans are. Or at least on this site.
It's only a tracklist and ya'll are already jumping to the worst case scenarios. The logical thing to do would be to at least wait until snippets are released and/or leak, but I guess that would make too much sense. You guys would rather just blindly follow whatever "Koolo" is saying and then rage over it.

If MMLP was being released in a month you know everyone here would have the same reaction. "WTF, a song with DIDO!?" "Bizarre!? He is the worst member of D12, why not Proof?!" "Who the hell are RBX and Sticky Fingaz? Why not get Nas and Jay-Z!" "He shouts too much on The Way I Am, Why not use his "Rock Bottom" flow!?" And we all know how well MMLP turned out (minus the Bizarre feature).

Collaborations are overrated also. If you guys want to hear Tech N9ne or Hopsin or whoever, then go listen to their music. Complaining about an album for not having features you wanted is ridiculous, as well as saying another album is better because of the features it has.

That being said, the first two singles for MMLP2 have been lacking, so hopefully the rest of the album is better.

The best flowing album he's ever had was Relapse and most everyone doesnt care for that album. Im not worried it wont flow well. However, Im a little disappointed theyre isnt more skits in between songs. This would def help the transition

I just hope to fuck Em does more of his own hooks this time.

There was a lot of Eminem rapping on Recovery but due to the production and the hooks... it didn't feel like he owned the album. Felt like he just took part in it.

The more Eminem and less others the better, Kendrick is dope af, didn't excpect it tbh. I wanted it, but didn't think it would happen... but "Survival", Skylar, Rihanna and the track titles are all really disappointing elements right now. We'll see.

I told ya he was the only rapper on the album... but people never believe me Image
