Em really should do maybe 1 interview at least. I wanna know the fucking producers on the tracks, we still have like 9-10 tracks where we don't know who produced what.

His Rap God flow is exactly the same as his "Throw It Up" flow...particularly in the Ray-J part.

Edit: which is the same as his "The Kiss" flow, now that I think back.

I honestly think he's used most of the flows in this song multiple times before, aside from the triple time verse. He just sounds so much more confident and angry and smooth all at the same tine... and his content is much better and that's why this is probably the best song he's done since his comeback

19 listens on last.fm and who knows how many more on Youtube... But I've been listening to Yela a lot last two days too, Rap Arena and TMR still sound amazing even in the same playlist with Rap God.

I love that he took shots at people criticising him for 'going pop'. I have a feeling the Rihanna collab is going to be really clever.

Plus the "full of myself, but still hungry" line is one of my favourite lines from him in forever.

One thing I love about this song is how effortless the punches and wordplay come off. I know a lot of us felt like he didn't have that in him anymore after recovery, none of them seemed cringeworthy and overdone, they were all subtle and clever.

Some of my favorites are the maxi pad line

"You witnessing a massacre Like you watching a church gathering take place looking boy"

"But if I can't batter the women how the fuck am I supposed to bake them a cake then?"

there's a ton more too, all the references, the energy. I love it. :flutter:

I love how cocky he sounds on this line:

"We got nothin' in common poodle
I'm a Doberman, pinch yourself in the arm and pay homage pupil
It's me..."

He's just shutting you down so hard.

That whole beginning of that verse from the Thor line is amazing, I think my favorite part of the song.
