Excellent work Dgentz, you seem to be getting better with each graphic.
I think you should have done something with Eminem rather then fade him in, and I'm not feeling the main black 'TRshady.com' much but everything else is great. Good work ..

i just made another and i made it before i saw your critique, but here is:

Often I dislike suggesting what should be changed as a graphic is produced not to be modified and things I say should be taken in and help you when it comes to future work. For now though, I'd say the drop shadow underneath is doesn't quite work but as said, love everything else.

The second banner is nice, I'd say it's a tad amatuer looking with no visible concept, and I'm not very font of the cloud type background. But the font is decent and the images you've used are a good choice.
