Considering the fact (?) that November 4th is the earliest official release date (UK etc...) for MMLP2 -- it would seem reasonable to expect a "leak delay" equivalent to this "difference".

Recovery leaked on June 7, 2010 = 15 days prior to the US release date (June 22)... but unlike MMLP2, Recovery was released 4 days earlier in Europe, which meant Interscope had to manufacture and ship units earlier. In the case of MMLP2, the European release dates are, at the most, one day prior to the US one... By moving the International release dates closer the domestic, Interscope does not have to ship units as early --> reduces the risk for leaks.

So, in comparison to Relapse and Recovery, one could quite reasonably add 3 days to the expected leak date. That is, Recovery leaked 15 days prior the US release date... Subtract three days = 12. November 5 minus 12 days --> October 24th, 2013. Of course, the music industry has changed quite a bit, physical copies account for less % of the total sales, and album sales in general has decreased a lot. But, Thursday or Friday still seem most plausible, imo. I doubt it will leak Saturday or Sunday, so if it hasn't leaked by Friday, we probably have to wait until Monday.

Hm. That's odd. Why postpone the release date in just some countries... Sure, the quantities to be shipped to Finland are considerably smaller, than to say Germany, but still... I checked CDON.fi, and it seems as though the deluxe version is scheduled to be released November 6th, while the standard version November 1. That's odd too. For the remainder of Scandinavia, the release date is November 6 (for both versions). We'll see how it plays out, but it's possible that some retailers has yet to "adjust" their release dates.

Not so much of a theory, just an attempt at making sense of the current information.

Still, the main point I tried to make was that if you can postpone shipments, you are likely to reduce the risk of leaks, which still remains valid even if the postponement does not apply to all countries, because the amount of shipments are still significantly reduced.
