Nah I don't think D12 were supposed to be on R2.
On the other hand besides of the Refill content (minus Forever), Oh No, Nut Up, Things get Worse and that Insult to Injury that never leaked, On Fire and maybe GTC (?) we don't really know what was supposed to be on the album ...
But HMWYBS is most likely a left over of the Recovery project (so after Em scrapped Relapse2) while Fame was always meant to be on the mixtape imo, considering both songs were recorded in 2010.
God I'd love to hear this album so bad ...
