^By EU release I guess you mean German release as it's different all over the continent.

But yeah the latest time it will leak will be evening time on Thursday the 31st.

EU refers to the European country where it's first released -- which usually is Germany, so yes

I suspect that Interscope has deprioritized Germany and other countries where the release date usually is the week before -- in terms of chart positions -- to enable later shipments, and thus avoiding early leaks.
