it isn't a technique, but simply a different pronunciation of the word so that you can get it to rhyme with what you need it to rhyme with, maybe in the future they will make up a name for it. if you compare american rap with reggae music you can hear a lot of this type of thing cuz they rhyme in a different dialect than ours, so naturally they can rhyme different words that rappers speaking american dialect of english cant. thats just one example
