I entirely agree. If Recovery were released in 2000-2003 (before pirating got really accessible), it would've sold 25 mil by now.

Survival is really good, I still don't see people's true problem with it.

Its impossible for it set any sales records anyway, being that 1.1 million copies are being sent in the united states. That number alone isnt enough to set any records until more get sent out to stores.

Digital sales, homie. The 1.1 Million being shipped is for physical albums. So if all those somehow sell out, and he moves 700,000 digital downloads on iTunes/Amazon/wherever, then that would break the record for the US sales.

Not going to happen, but that is how it would have to work.

I would love to see sales set a personal best for Eminem but I don't think it will happen. As others have said, if the CD doesn't leak it will significantly help sales.

I find it funny how the same people wanting it to leak are also talking about how they care so much about the number of sales. If you care about Eminem selling a record number of CD's, then I'd hope it doesn't find its way to the internet before November 5th.

Yeah maybe he didn't put out the most popular singles but just the name of the album will increase the sales.
