but wen the temperature drops below -20 snow becomes more like dust its no longer sticky(stops melting)
and u cant make anything out of it (even a snowball)

lets see my city, Daly City...its a pretty nice place, umm people seem to know everyone or atleast seen that person 3 or 4 times. there are a bunch of Filipinos(like myself) that live in this small city, so we get used to calling our friends parents "uncle" or "auntie". we even call it "Little Manila" cuz so many of us live there. its like you cant go an hour w/out seeing someone you know or knows you. i've been to Europe and i seriously love it there, my family and i stayed out in Greece for a few years, then from there to Italy..where the Santa Claus made me cry . we were at Amsterdam too but for not too long. I juss recently moved to the Philippines but you know the Bay stays w/ me always...oh yeah in Daly City, we constantly have house parties...and the cops seem to get into our business cuz they're bored and wanna bug people haha.
