Relapse has that classic Em quality, that mixture of absurd humor and a serious point he's trying to get across. Plus, the rhyme schemes are insane.

Everything about it is great (mind you, I've only heard it twice...but stfu) but the hook really brings it over the top for me. It's fantastic.

I didn't really like it on first listen. Hook seemed really measly to me. But it's growing on me...

It's the way he delivered his verses which was similar to Underground and the omnipotent line on Rap God.
That was really appealing to me and it kept me listening. You see, it's what I liked about his old stuff. It makes me feel good that we finally have some songs with some replay value. Yeah, I still bump Relapse and all that, but, tracks like Brainless are not forgettable.
Eminem managed to shock a wave of cynical Eminem fans with an incredible release, and, that alone is a feat in and of itself.
That was really appealing to me and it kept me listening. You see, it's what I liked about his old stuff. It makes me feel good that we finally have some songs with some replay value. Yeah, I still bump Relapse and all that, but, tracks like Brainless are not forgettable.
Eminem managed to shock a wave of cynical Eminem fans with an incredible release, and, that alone is a feat in and of itself.

I get that vibe from the whole album. He sounds so much like his old self all throughout.
