MMLP2 blows...

Postby PAINKILLƎR » Oct 31st, '13, 19:11

my mind, like holy fuck this album is fantastic :flutter:

Not long ago I had my first ever scumbag slim carey moment when I first heard The Monster. There I was listening feeling like shit, realizing this may be it and a bit of me was hoping this was just the the label being selfish pushing this single just to make a few extra dollars, nearly compromising the entire album.

But when it leaked that shit was magical. I was surprised how much Em sounded like himself again, how most of the time it didn't feel forced. The track sequence worked well and made the subpar singles not sound so bad. The production was smooth and consistent for the most par, Eminem beats, fuck yeah! Not even Alex da guy who can't produce to save his own life beats could have ruined he album wish he wasn't there at all but damn it still worked well.

Overall I would without a doubt say this is better than Recovery and Relapse. The album really portraits how great of an artist Em still is and at the same time showcasing real maturity. This effort was a great one and if this is truly the end then he sure went out on a great note and I can't help but feel like a proud Stan.

Just wanted to share my thoughts.

Very well written :y: Everything you've said, from beginning to end, is exactly how I feel too.
