...why are those bonus tracks not on the album? I swear, this man always puts the great shit as bonus tracks. Asshole and The Monster could have totally be replaced with Baby and Groundhog Day then he should have just added Desperation and Wicked Ways. Beautiful Pain is half and half for me, idk, I like it better than The Monster though.

Monster is a good comedown after Stronger Than I Was, slowly bringing back the rapping.

This, this is why The Monster fits so well. To me it doesn't even stick out at all.

As much as I love the bonus tracks, I think it was about coherence. The Monster just fits in great where it is at.

And as for a song like Baby, idk, I guess he just couldn't find the perfect place for it and decided 'hey, why not have a great song on my bonus CD?'--plus I think he may have thought it sounded a little Relapse-ish or maybe it just didn't sound like he wanted it to with the rest of the album. We'll probably never know the real reason.

Either way I don't think it was a bad choice, I'm just glad we still got the tracks!
